Kettlefish - Silverdale

Our first time checking this restaurant out. Everything was delicious! The cod fillet was very tasty and that in-house tarter sauce was the bomb! The coleslaw (made in-house) was one of the most favorable I've eaten in sometime. Wish they had more indoor seating but the outside seating was just fine. Definitely would recommend eating here! This was our first time at this restaurant and we had been wanting to try it for a while. My husband and I both ordered the two-piece fish and chips with a cup of chowder to share. The food was delicious, with perfectly breaded fish and tasty tartar sauce. The portion size was generous and we ended up with enough for lunch the next day. The service was excellent and the atmosphere was great. We would highly recommend the clam chowder, tartar sauce, fries, and the double cod and chips. Overall, a fantastic experience. Lunch cost between $10-20 per person.

Food is great, but doesn't travel well at all. They haven't figured out that you don't put just fried things in an airtight container. Crispy when it went in, soggy by the time you get it home. Had their fish N chips and it was very bland. The wait was not very long and it was in a convenient spot, but the food did not have much flavor.
