Danny's Bbq Catering - Silverdale

Ribs and chicken were both excellent. Wife had zucchini and peppers and potato salad. Very good I had beans and coleslaw. Coleslaw was good, beans meh. We will be back again in the future.

I 'm going to be honest... I am an avid at home griller and smoker so (not intending to sound braggy) my BBQ bar is pretty high. Both the brisket and ribs were cooked well, but both were heavy on the salt. The smoke was there but well below my preferred taste. The sides we had (coleslaw, cornbread and smoked Mac and cheese) were good, but labeling the Mac and cheese as smoked is false. I watched it get made on stove top. No smoke involved at all. It was also pretty thin cheese sauce and not very fkavorful. In all, not bad but if you are happy with your home BBQ, you may be a little dissapointed.

Used to be amazing. Now there’s no tea and the wait time is outrageous. Who has 40 mins for a sandwich? Where do you work that gives that much time because I’m happy to go work where they do. Until then no one can wait that long..

I had the brisket and my wife had a burrito filled with Mac and cheese and brisket. I am a BBQ snob. Sauce was delicious but not my absolute favorite. Brisket was good. Nice burnt ends and smoke flavor. Cut it with my plastic fork. Zucchini and peppers was also unique and delicious. Cole slaw was perfect.

Danny’s hit the mark EVERY TIME! I’m a huge bbq lover and I can assure Danny’s is definitely the best in all of Kitsap and even beyond! I can not recommend their sandwich the Brick enough! It’s soooo good. The portion is amazing and absolutely worth the price! I have recommended Danny’s to so many people. I just realized I haven’t left a review yet while I was enjoying yet another amazingly delicious Brick sandwich! Danny’s does not disappoint!
