Chung's Teriyaki - Silverdale

I highly recommend the egg roll and shrimp spring roll, as well as the combination pho—so delicious! The sandwiches are quite good as well.

Today, when I placed a to-go order, I questioned the price listed on their website compared to what I was being charged. They promised to look into it. When I arrived at the restaurant, I was informed that the manager said the online prices hadn’t been updated yet. However, I noticed that the electronic menu in the lobby displayed the same prices as online, which was different from what I was charged. I requested to speak with the manager, but after a few minutes, I was told that the manager was not available. While the food is great, I’m getting increasingly frustrated with Chungs for not properly addressing customer issues. We live 30 minutes away and typically order from there every two weeks, but I’m not sure we will continue doing so.

The interior was somewhat unclean. However, the service was excellent, and the food was quite good, although not as impressive as my previous visit.

No one ever posts their half eaten food! Chung’s teriyaki is phenomenal! Quick service, great staff and a good amount of delicious food at a reasonable price (approx $15) Go on! Give ‘em a try. You won’t be sorry. Parking: It’s a regular parking lot you’d find at any drive through. Wheelchair accessibility: Chung’s Teriyaki is able to accommodate all customers with wheelchair accessible parking as well entry.
