Subway - Silver Spring

I was initially doubtful about the customer service and cleanliness at this Subway due to its location. However, upon entering with a long list of five sandwiches with various customizations, I was pleasantly surprised by how quick and friendly the staff was! The food tasted great, and they were quite generous with the toppings. Thanks, everyone—I'll be back soon!

This Subway location always seems to have only one person working. I really dislike waiting in long lines—it's very frustrating. I think it would be helpful if they could add another staff member, even during the morning hours.

Picture this: you walk into a place eager to buy something, only to find that everything you request is either not ready or unavailable. The owner is kind, but you'd expect that before opening a store, one would ensure that items are prepared and available for customers. Unfortunately, I won’t be going back.

Long line but moves fast.. got several sandwiches to take out.

Came in here to order a sandwich quickly and they literally took over 5 minutes to even look at me maybe I wasn't light enough then they couldn't understand what I said. I believe the correct language in this country is English and no I'm not a Karen or any of that I am African American and I am very insulted I will never come back to this place Subway you need to fix who you hire.
