Starbucks - Silver Spring

This is not the location to stop at when you are in a rush. They take a VERY LONG TIME and their curbside is about a 7 min wait. The wait is long whether they are busy or not. This location is close to my house but not one I will choose as first choice.

The other manager is a descent man. He’s always accommodating and friendly. Today this gentleman envited me and several people an eggbites treat which I have to order it next time!having said that I will say he does his job exceptional.The staff are is friendly though there is always room for improvement. The management team do their best to help their customers. They give me sense of fairness1/15/2024The couple in (Hispanic male) black jacket and jeans. And (Hispanic female) black long sleeve and jeans. Were hostile,rude and they made me feel uncomfortable. For no reasonIf this should happen again with someone else. They should be talked to. The man seemed jealous

No point in ordering ahead because they will still take 20 min to have your drink ready and it’s a hit or miss if it will be right. I have seen people ask for refunds because of how long they take. It is always disorganized.

Usually pretty decent if not busy. Otherwise, this is the worst Starbucks I've been to when it's even slightly busy. For example: Ordering ahead and still waiting for 20-30 minutes. Partial orders ready and waiting for the other items 10 minutes or more. Just appears very disorganized. Not isolated since everyone else is experiencing the same when it's like this.Recommend avoiding this place during busy/peak times.

They are all very friendly, they have a very good attitude.
