Contribuiți la feedbackI haven't been to Red Lobster in forever, but I feel like it's a custom to visit when I'm in the south and visiting my amazing family. First off I want to start off by saying I wanted to take my new best friend, Josh, with me. Please give that wonderful man a raise. The best waiter I've had in years, and I've had incredible waiters. He worked it, I didn't even recognize the establishment was just the TWO waiters, on a Saturday.. He was so charming, and patient. He actually stayed just to give us the best service ever. We are all indecisive, but also just engaged in long overdue conversation, he just patiently waited along, served us drinks charmed us with his personality. The food was hot and fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. The buttery cheese biscuits were on point as they always are, the way I remember. I finally was old enough to order something besides a Shirley Temple, so I had a less sweet Margarita, great. My Grandaddy ordered a long Island Iced Tea, he only needed one. ; The mussels were tasty, the broth was my favorite. I had fried shrimp, scallop screwers, salmon, and mashed potatoes. My Auntie had the sesame salmon with the quinoa, brussel sprouts, and edamame. She said everything was fantastic. Someone else had a baked potato, shrimp scampi, I think a mixed Seafood platter, everyone was quiet afterwards because we were all enjoying our meal. ..
I and a friend came for dinner Saturday February 5 at 5pm and received exceptionally attentive and prompt service throughout the meal. This in spite of being staffing challenged. And for being what I considered an early dinner time the restaurant was fairly full and still managed to overfulfill our expectations.
On 26. August 2022 I placed an order online for collection. My collar picked up the order and brought the articles home. Back home when we started eating, we noticed that the soup I had ordered was not included with our other articles. We just wanted to let it go. No big deal. So, as my hoofband willing to add and eat the salmon to its salad, we did not pull one, but two big heads, or ends of one whole. After the distance there was hardly any salad. That was, of course, disappointing. So I called the store and asked a manager. Quantia answered and said she was the manager. After telling her the problem, there was no compassion or empathy. She said I could repay the soup. Our salads are pre-cut so that probably two heads landed up there. What can we do about it? Well, you can come back and we can do it again. Tell me who wants to come home. ve has already waited for an order that we have entrusted in a facility to be correct, and it was?t just to have to leave their home to go out again? This was a poor service for food and poor customer service. I write to you all the options and lack of empathy for a mistake made by Red Lobster employees. I gave this place a star because I had to leave this review. They really didn't deserve that.
In the restaurant ordered to go out... Cod Fish soggy... nice portion, but don't get to enjoy it for lunch. Ask for more tarter sauce.1 small cup is not enough for fish..
Food was great! The price was also great for the portion size. Scallops and shrimps were delicious.
