Jenny's Express - Silver Spring

I tried the Shrimp Chow Fun, and the thick noodles were a delightful surprise; they weren’t salty at all, which is unusual for fast food. There was a generous amount of shrimp, and the noodles were just delicious. The General Tso's Chicken had a great chicken-to-rice ratio. There was so much chicken that it almost overshadowed the rice! The chicken was crispy and the sauce had that satisfying salty flavor we expect—nothing wrong there; it’s General Tso’s chicken, after all, and it's hard to mess that up. And the hot soup was fantastic! It was just as spicy as I hoped it would be, with tofu and mushrooms mixed in. Absolutely perfect for a spicy soup lover!

Great food in Wheaton with generous portions and reasonable prices. The dishes I tried were perfectly seasoned and not overly salty, which is a rarity.

Always loved this place!! The young lady who is there most of the nights, i believe that is Jenny, is extremley polite and very courteous. She always treats my mom very nicely when ever she comes in and asks about the family. Overall, Highgly recommend.

This is my favorite spot in the area. They serve amazing fried rice and their mambo sauce is quite good, leaning a bit towards the sweeter side. My absolute favorite dish here is the coconut shrimp! Oh my goodness, I'm a huge fan of shrimp and coconut, so it's no surprise that coconut shrimp is always a top choice for me. The way they prepare it here is simply outstanding! The shrimp are cleaned thoroughly, and they remove the tails before frying them up and coating them in a delicious coconut sauce. The result is perfectly breaded and fried shrimp with an incredible sauce—it almost looks like a glazed shrimp donut! It’s incredibly tasty! I highly recommend trying it.
