El Catrachito - Silver Spring

This restaurant is a hidden treasure. The chef shows great care in preparing the food, which is made with integrity. The servers are attentive and always anticipate the needs of the guests.

The pupusas had no flavor or spice. They were greasy and tasted like fat. The tables were dirty too. Overall, the food left me feeling bloated.

The food is delicious and served hot and fresh. The restaurant is small, but you can feel the love in the kitchen! My only issue is that the prices are a bit high.

Server was not good. she didn't know what we ordered and had to be asked for dingen. in addition, tried to put a tipp in the price. no tipp bad service, but eating was very good!

Awesome little place that serves huge portions and great taste. A must try in the Wheaton area.
