Chipotle Mexican Grill - Silver Spring

The cashier name Cecilia very rude, disrespectful, unethical to work, I asked her paper 2 bag separate for the bowls I bought and she told me next time I should ask only one. I bought for two different people and it is my preference to keep my stuff together or separate. Her attitude and the way she talk to me unbelievable ?. I let her manager know I don?t know how he will handle this. Very sad.

There was a long line and the staff were not overly kind. This is a very bare bones location in a bare bones neighborhood. I cannot really give it a high rating but it will do in a pinch.

Having to order the quesadilla online when you?re already on the store is the stupidest most inefficient update they have made. What?s worse is that it?s only this chipotle that refuses to serve you the quesadilla. After the e-Colin outbreak chipotle has been going downhill. It?s a disgrace.

The past two times I visited this location I got my usual burrito bowl including the hot salsa, and the hot salsa has been so spicy that it?s been difficult to eat and upset my stomach. I have a very high spice tolerance and haven?t had this problem at other locations, take it easy on the chili please! The service has been good like any other Chipotle in my experience.

Most of the time this place is great! I got sick eating here one time out of the many times I've been there. Remember to park around the back!
