Novrozsky's Hamburgers - Silsbee

This was my first visit, and I must say I'm very impressed with the food here. I ordered the full beef nachos to start, followed by the large chicken fried steak plate. As soon as the nachos arrived, I realized I wanted to take the chicken plate to go instead. The manager was very accommodating and told me to let her know when I was ready, and they would pack the chicken fried steak for me.

After a recent football game, I was part of one of the first groups to arrive. Everyone at my table received their food except for me. I waited until everyone else had finished eating, and then I went to the register to find out why my order hadn't arrived. I was told they were busy, which I understood, but I had ordered a long time ago, and it was frustrating that my entire table was served while I was left waiting. They assured me that my food would be coming. At that point, I witnessed a different lady in the kitchen asking for a refund, which they processed. When I mentioned that I didn’t receive my burger, I was again told it would be brought out. I waited for an hour and a half, but still no burger arrived. It seems like my order might not have even been properly submitted. Feeling disregarded, I ultimately decided to leave. I doubt I will return, as it seemed like they didn't care at all.

I ordered a glass of tea, but it was incredibly hot and tasted spoiled, making it undrinkable. The woman with me ordered onion rings, but they had such a strong fishy flavor that she couldn't even taste the onions. We felt it wasn't worth complaining, so we ended up just disappointed. Additionally, the noise level made it hard to relax and enjoy our meals; it felt more like a bar than a restaurant. We both agreed that this place isn't worth a return visit. It reminds me of a McDonald's that serves alcohol—just another place for intoxicated patrons.

Always good but over priced..my bbq basic price was 8.99 turned into 15.00 just to add cheese, chives, and sour cream. I did get extra meat which was only 2.00 more! But 15.00 ..please

We love the food here. Even if the place is crowded food orders come out fairly quick. There is an outside sitting area that is covered where you can smoke if you want. The restrooms could use some work, but are not nasty just needs updates. Overall is a great place for large group meetings or small dinners.
