Mcdonald's - Silsbee

Placed a curbside order before I arrived. Waited in my car 30 minutes before I went inside and there was a line of people not being served. Paid for my food and never got it

Too much diversity in this store. Everyone on their phones not cooking. Dirty bathrooms, and fights in the parking lot.

For the ones that actually put in the time and effort, I thank you. But all the rest of the people there who mess about and get a paycheck, and the management that allows that, you all deserve the bad rap you get. And for any customers reading this, your favorite window or counter person was fired unjustly. So hopefully you read this before Sandy or Tiff take it down. The drive threw was slow ? the chicken nuggets were way done almost burnt and the kids happy meals literally came with 5 fries each. Now the basket of fries were perfect, the worker at the window had to be on drugs running around crazy all while standing in one spot blew my mind.
