Ustaria Rabgiusa - Sils im Engadin/Segl

It's really hard to find good restaurants in the eastern swiss alp while you're on the slopes. But there is an exception: Rabgiusa. Fantastic food. Service bit complicated. Try the Spinach-Spätzli. And also the rest of the menu. Haha. Would even go if it's in the valley.

Every year we spend 2 weeks in the Engadin for skiing/boarding on all the fantastic slopes here. When we ski in the Cotvatsch region, lunch at Rabgiusa is a must. Its location is stunning, the terrace is very nice for a sunbath. However, we prefer to eat inside (make a reservation) and already in the morning look forward to a delicious pizza. Of course, also other dishes are served. The host is amazing, serves the entire restaurant and had h friendly word or joke for everyone.

Stopped for a quick hot chocolate on our way across the mountain, but the food looked so appetizing that lunch was had the next day. Excellent pasta, pizza, other Italian fare. With great views and a nice atmosphere. Give it a try!

Freundliche Begrüßung. Sitzplatz-Vergabe-System funktioniert nicht recht, lange Wartezeit schon bei wenig Gästen. Pommes total fettig und sehr trocken. Schade.

Beste Pommes auf dem Berg : bei jeder Skifahren machen mindestens einmal hier halt. Mega Service team, immer super nett und unkompliziert : danke euch macht weiter so
