Contribuiți la feedbackI visited the McDonald's in Siloam Springs, Arkansas at midnight and used the mobile order option to pay for my meal. Unfortunately, they refused to give me my food or refund my money, claiming they could only accept cash at that time. They assured me that the payment would be credited back to my card within 24 hours. There was no indication on the door or at the drive-thru informing customers of this policy. I had already placed my order and made payment before reaching the window. This experience was very disappointing.
This restaurant is heading for failure due to their greed and terrible service. While customers used to put up with it when the food was cheap, their prices are now unreasonably high. They no longer offer a self-serve fountain drink station. Should I receive an employee discount since I have to place my own order?

Always had good experience at this location. Fast service even when they are super busy.
The sandwich was a bit flattened and the fries were not freshly prepared. One star was deducted primarily because two of our ordered sandwiches were missing. Initially, we were informed that this was not the case until a staff member went to check and confirmed the mistake. However, there was no apology for the inconvenience of almost being called liars. It is unfair to receive incorrect orders and be doubted when requesting what was paid for. The manager should have handled the situation more effectively.
