Today we went to eat with a table reserved at 2:30 p.m. For a paella...which was delayed a bit due to overwork But we have to say that thanks to the waiters the wait was very nice...they took us out smiles at every moment.....when the paella arrived we expected no less of it...delicious...good things come long...we will definitely be back...thanks to the team for being such good professionals and getting us several smiles

We made a telephone reservation for a paella at 2:00 p.m. for two people. As we arrived half an hour before, we identified ourselves and informed that we would make the appetizer before. They gave us a table, we sat down and around 2:00 p.m. we told them that they could start making the paella. After a while they come over and ask us if we had reserved a paella. Before our astonished look since they had put the plates and the rest of the utensils for the paella service, they inform us that due to an error he had not left and that there had been a confusion with another paella at the same time but that they could not change it because it was made of different ingredients. They offer us to wait another half hour but since it was already late we ordered two quick dishes, a Caesar salad with chicken and scrambled eggs, thinking that we wouldn't have to wait too long. Since they were late again and when we were about to get up they bring us the Caesar salad but no sign of the chicken and the broken eggs hidden under slices of barely cured ham and with the boiled potato. Finally we decided to leave. We can understand the failure first due to the workload, human error or any other circumstance, but what is unheard of is that they had not made the effort to urgently prepare the options that we requested, which are also simple and quick to prepare. a real shame Service: 1
