Hands down their best vegetarian vegan place in or near silkeborg. Eating is really delicious, the coffee is good, the staff is friendly and the prices are reasonable. go here for brunch, coffee, a light meal or easy to relax the garden is small but cozy. the accompanying shop is interesting and carries everything they need in organic food and health.
