Pizza Hut - Siler City

This spot in Silver City is a disgrace to the name Pizza Hut. The management and employees here are absolutely terrible! The customer service is atrocious. My order has been messed up multiple times, and there have been instances where I never even received my order. And to make matters worse, when I called to complain, the management was rude and unhelpful. Unlike other restaurants that may offer a discount or some kind of compensation for mistakes, they do not care about satisfying their customers. I suggest hiring better employees or just shutting down altogether. I will now be ordering from Domino's, as they truly take care of their customers.

This location in the city siler is an insult of the name pizza hat. they have the worst management and employees ever! the customer service is terrible! my order has been massacred several times and it has gone as far as I have commanded and never received my order. And the worst when they call back to complain management bullen an evil setting and in contrast to other restaurants that will give them a kind of discount for their problems, they do nothing to satisfy the customers! I say get better employees or get the load off! I order from dominos right now. they take care of their customers.

The pizza consistently appears messy with the toppings scattered all over the place. It is unappetizing.
