Contribuiți la feedbackFirst and foremost, it is important to note that the restaurant has undergone some changes since the last review published in 2013, as indicated by the new sign: the Escape Grill. This establishment provided us with a rather unique dining experience. We began with the first course (appetizers) which had a 1.5-hour wait time, and while we waited patiently, we were served two small bread baskets for eight people. However, by the time the appetizers arrived, the waitress informed us that there was no bread left. Nevertheless, new bread was eventually brought to our table. Moving on to the next course, we were asked if we wanted fries or potatoes, but there seemed to be some confusion with the orders. Those who requested fries ended up receiving croquettes instead. Furthermore, in a particularly bizarre incident (unlike anything I have seen in my 56 years, including 35 years of dining out), there was a mix-up where one person did not order a potato while another did. The waitress proceeded to transfer the potato from one dish to the other right in front of us. In summary, this dining experience highlighted the importance of maintaining professionalism in the hospitality industry and served as a reminder that "one does not simply improvise as a restaurateur." At the level of service we experienced, the restaurant may be better suited to selling fries on a highway rest stop.
This place is a true joy. The atmosphere is wonderful and the food is top-notch. I highly recommend it.
First of all, it would be necessary to know whether the restaurant has not been given since the last published notice because there is a new sign: the grill escap always is that we have experienced a rather original experience. we start with the dish (entrance) with waiting and, as we waited long enough, we rushed on the small basket bread for when the entries came, the waitress told us that there was no bread. new bread has yet arrived. After we're done. next dish: you want fries or potato. The dishes come and guess? Those who had asked for fries had croquettes! and even stronger (and ever seen despite my years of restaurants. : confusion in a dish where a person had not asked for a potato, and another had asked for one; what do you think the waitress did: she took the potato of one dish to put it directly into the other, all in front of our undue airs. in short, a great horeca moment where it is sometimes good to remember that we do not improvise restaurateur; at this level of service, we are limited to selling fries along a grand highway.
