Silvio does not offer you the usual vegetable burgers: he manages to create delicious combinations (e.g. Burger with purple cabbage and apples). Super recommended, abundant portions and honest prices. TRANSFER TO THE LAGHETTO OF COLDRANO FISHERS.

We went there three times during our vacation, partly due to a lack of options in this area, but mostly because the food and service was great. The beyond meat burger (note: it only appears on the digital menu, not the printed one) was prepared really well. The owner offered to replace the cheese with grilled vegetables. Vegan sides like fries, yam fries, onion rings, potato wedges, and grilled polenta are available, which they would normally serve with ketchup and non-vegan mayo, but they will serve them with guacamole or mango sauce instead, if you specify you're vegan. I'd give them 5 stars if I could.
