Firstly, I would like to commend your staff for their excellent service. From the moment we arrived, they were friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist. It truly made our stay enjoyable and hassle-free. Additionally, I wanted to express our appreciation for the quality of the food at your hotel's restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options available, and each dish we tried was delicious. The presentation and taste exceeded our expectations, and we found ourselves looking forward to each meal during our stay. However, I would like to bring a minor concern to your attention. While the overall cleanliness of our room was satisfactory, we did notice some dust on the surfaces, particularly in the corners and on the furniture. It would be great if the housekeeping team could pay a little more attention to detail in this area.
