Starbucks - Signal Hill

I visited the Starbucks inLong Beach California I got a breakfast chicken sandwich, plain it was pipping Hot and Delicious something I'd definitely try again

I just walked in and as I was taking out my phone to order coffee, their waiter immediately said that our toilet was unusable. Please, I went in to drink coffee and not to go to the toilet. They assumed that I went in to use the toilet and not to consume. This makes me very unhappy ?

More like an apartment building than a hotel. The place was dirty and the bed was so old I could feel where people had slept before.

Haven't had a problem with the store or staff but this is 2/2 times this week my drink makes it to work in a cup holder then the bottom of the plastic cup pops out tipping my drink over spilling it everywhere. The cup it domed out at the bottom, poor QA on the cup that holds my drink I'm probably going to stop getting because I haven't enjoyed it

3 times I had placed my order ahead. When I arrive at the time it should've been ready. They weren't ever able to find my order. I would have to show my online receipt and this location has been making my late for work even though I had already placed my order ahead through the app and paid for my drinks. Highly dissatisfied.
