Nutritious You Plant Based Cafe

Food is healthy and satisfying. Definitely recommend a visit! This location is across the road from a great beach too.

I stopped in to pick up some food for a road trip the following day. I wanted to try everything!! I had a smoothie and grabbed tropical spring rolls, quinoa salad and tiramisu cheese cake for the road. Everything was delicious. I am so glad to have such awesome options when I come home. Sarasota county has come so far in the last few years.

Raw food is as tasty as it is healthy. I could lick the plate clean each time.

The Acai bowls are lovely, and the gluten-free donuts, muffins, and cookies are all very good. The vegan egg sausage patties are delicious, and they also offer fresh juices and nice coffee. Great options for those participating in Veganuary.

Once I found this small whole-in-the-wall spot, I was immediately greeted by the staff member at the counter, allowed to look around at my own pace and then get a small tour of sorts (staff was also patient and answered all of my probing questions)! I was able to sample multiple spreads (all delicious) and then get a seemingly small, but filling (and also delicious) lunch.
