It seems he may have deliberately sabotaged my order because I confronted him about his disgusting behavior. I received half my order and it was in shambles ?see pictures?. I suppose to Justin a five piece Nashville hot really means a three piece and a large side of green beans means don?t close the lid so it will spill everywhere. That I can tell you was very much appreciated. Didn?t receive our small sides of green beans and I was missing a biscuit, however The biscuit that I did receive looks like somebody crumbled it in their fist. I did call and speak with Justin the manager and his outright awful behavior continued. Thank you so very much for this very pleasant experience. ??????? Zero stars!!!
Great respectful servers on 7/31/22, but not very careful ID of chicken pieces selected or count of items put in our bucket and bags. We had specifically asked and paid for 8 extra crispy chicken breasts in a bucket meal, paid extra, and instead we only got 6 pieces, and 4 of them were thighs! Next time I will likely open bucket and check myself before heading home!
Where do I start...food was great. Don 't bother ordering online, it 's so much faster ordering in the store, which is slow. Online said to simply pickup at 5:17 from the easy to find Quick Pickup shelf. The shelf is behind the counter, inaccessible, and has no food on it. It 's used for storage, from what i could see.. My very small order (2 pieces of chicken, 4 biscuits and a bowl) was handed over at 5:48. Folks with big $50 orders that were ordered at the counter were coming and going. Terrible system, if there is a system in place whatsoever. Thought we 'd try them after their remodel, won 't go back again...
We went through the drive-through today, because I wanted Mac and Cheese. There was no one in line and no one in the restaurant but as we ordered, the woman who was taking out order kept saying is that all over and over after every item we ordered, like each item was simply too much for her to select on her screen, about the fourth time she said it, I said 'she sounds like she 's in a hurry. ' Despite this, my honey continued ordering as she kept saying the same thing after every item he ordered, until I finally said, let 's just go somewhere else. At which point my honey said, Nevermind, we don 't want any of it. You may want to retrain your employees. Repeatedly saying, is that all, makes your guests feel like a burden. And it seems extremely unprofessional. If she 'd been saying, 'may we make anything else for you, ' or 'can I get you anything else, ' that may have sounded infinitely better than Is That All, like every item is far more than the employee can bear.
Most greedy company I have ever dealt with. Do not care about their customers, customer service, or resolving the mistakes and issues that consistently cause conflict. Doordarshan provides a website that specifically allows them to refund their storefront customers through a merchant portal. Still, KFC continues to take accountability for the financial damages that they impose.
