The area between Hereford and SV now has three amazing newschool restaurants. The owner has local food trucks and shops that utilize the same space. A definite must go if someone wants bbq, another wants pizza, and a hangry person wants nachos.

The food is amazing! We had the pulled pork and pulled brisket. It was so good! Since it’s newly opened, there are kinks but the owner, Louie, makes your experience fun! Thank you for the best bbq I’ve had in a very long time. We will be back!
