Dunkin' - Sierra Vista

The restaurant is excellent, but my delivery driver forgot to bring half of my order.

They take such a long time! I often queue for breakfast over 20 minutes before work, and I end up being late every time!

The food was delicious and freshly prepared. Thank you to our delivery driver, Brandy!

Consistently terrible customer service by one employee over an 18 month span. Hate when I see him and he hates when I walk through the door bc he knows what I’m gonna order. Apparently ordering 4 sandwiches is a declaration of war to him. So glad Walmart opened a Dunkin so I can order sandwiches for me and my children without feeling like I should have made breakfast.

Went in for 3 orders of bagel bites. Every other dunkin donuts I've been to, they are served warmed up. These were ice cold. I only live about 4 minutes away. I had to go home and heat them up in the oven. The cashier lady also had an ice cold attitude towards me and didn't even say, hello, goodbye or give me the total. Not saying that it was required of her, but her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwanted at that location. Maybe because of my clothing choice? Nothing offensive was written on my shirt (Jesus saves bro)....which if that makes her uncomfortable maybe customer service isn't the best option as far as jobs go. Won't be going back. Sad too cuz it's the only one in town. I thought dunkin donuts wanted to include ALL people but I felt unwanted.Wheelchair accessibility: Area that is handicap accessible available.
