Chipotle Mexican Grill - Sierra Vista

Ordered on door dash and when my food arrived cold as hell and I ordered 3 soft tacos all where put together sloppy and stuck together n half soggy , also ordered the chips n dip the dip tasted disgusting, For the money paid I expect more n better food would not eat here

Food was cold and the worker gave me the SMALLEST portion of steak in my bowl. I’m not sure if your corporate office is making you scoop less meat but it just doesn’t make sense for a $25 meal. Workers always seem to be in a rush. I would not recommend this

If no stars could be given this location would get it. After coaching soccer we took our kids to chipotle. My son is diabetic and chose an avocado salad. I got a bowl with carne asada. My husband and daughter got food as well totaling almost $50. What I thought was a hair I pulled out of my food and turned out it was the antenna of a small locust with the body still fully intact. I dropped it on the table and immediately and asked for an employee. He saw it and said he would get a manager. I ran to the bathroom as I was about to vomit. Upon returning the manager was verbally abusing my husband in front of our kids for his request for a full refund. We simply wanted to take our money and go elsewhere with no plans to return. No one got more than a few bites in before the insect was pulled out of my food. The manager had pulled a sly one and disposed of the locust while I was in the bathroom. Then gave my husband $11 and some change. He explained we can 't trust any of the food after what happened and quite frankly aren 't sure we can eat anything now. We explained our sons health condition which she didn 't seem to care about at all. Though she admitted to the police that the insect was there and told the officer it may have been part of the lettuce (Due to the outrageously unprofessional and concerning conduct from the manager who when asked told me her name was Katelynn (may or may not be her real name) and refusing to give us corporates number when asked after it was clear we were not getting any resolution from her we were forced to call the police to intervene as she was getting in my face and posturing as if she was about to strike me) We got a tag number for the report from Officer Hall with the Sierra vista police department who kindly explained to the irate manager who got in my face yelling and mocked us with her staff in the kitchen in front of the cameras and in view of other customers that the establishment having bugs in the food is a health hazard and code violation which will need to be reported to proper authorities. Please be careful where you eat and double check your food before eating it. This was a very traumatic experience for myself and my family. My son is still very upset and we almost couldn 't get him to eat anywhere else. My husband and I still can 't eat and my stomach is still heaving even while writing this. Chipotle please retrain your management and employees on proper hygiene and workplace conduct.Edit: still puking and dry heaving. Food poisoning???
