Contribuiți la feedbackWe stopped in after touring San Francesco and shared a water, one glass of wine and Bruschetta. Brow-chet-ah. Not the Americanized: Broo-shet-ah. The proprietor spoke some English and was delightful and fun, explaining the arancini is a southern Italy dish (best in Pittsburgh are at Il Pizzaiolo) and arancia means orange! Mid-afternoon, we were the only patrons of this dark, very British-seeming pub, and relaxed and people-watched the busy street outside. It was truly worth stopping in for our snippets of conversation with the proprietor.
Excellent Bar with genuine Italian dishes, suitable for late nights, vast selection of drinks and nice music. Will visit again.
Visited 115 after reading the positive reviews. Very nice Bar, an alternative choice to the Restaurants and Taverns that Siena displays. Had excellent time, dood and drinks in a very relaxing ambiance.
I had a whisky sour that was very good and a Manhattan that was excellent, I noticed a very good selection of Scotch and also Belgian beer. The barman was very helpful despite my limited Italian.
It is a really nice pub for safe and very nice furnished on the inside. The bottle of Chimay Rosso they hold is an amazing beer for me. The only way this place could improve is if they could have a WiFi router because there is a very bad phone and mobile data signal.
