Artillery - Siem Reap

Yesterday we had lunch in the artillery. we really liked that witness, they were very polite and attentive. they have very good and also veggie food (before western style). we were really happy to be able to create their own healthy dish from a large selection of delicious ingredients. Moreover, they also have sweet things that we unfortunately did not try.

Wonderful, full and healthy eating. dish is the sesam falafel poke dish was also great. this caffe was our visit at least once a day. they also have happy hour for their wine and fresh takes on gin tonic $2.50! with quality start and ingredients. their latte are so delicious, their cocos milk must be much closer to the real things than used in US cafes. also their mission is pleasant: reusable straw, local ingredients and minimal plastics. it's a little hard to find on the road, I'm running almost every time, still. make you like and visit this jewel!

I write this review live as I know it. great coffee, and the most amazing what so far is her eerie attention to the nutrition choice, great ingredients and a really varied menu. we had Mexican bohnenburgers on sour teig with vegan mayo and spaghetti arabiata both delicious and really prepared. go for it, they will not be disappointed if they want good, healing food and attentive service!

I went here for dinner with a friend it is very cute. I had the falafels for dinner which were delicious and filling. My friend choose her own salad which she loved. The decor is cool and artsy. The staff are lovely. I would recommend this place for dinner or brunch in fact we are going back to try the brunch menu.
