Recently, when I asked for more ice cream to be added to my tornado, the staff member told me she couldn't add any after I had already started eating it, even though I had just picked it up from the counter and hadn't touched it yet. After I explained that I hadn't eaten anything and had just received it from another employee, she apologized and offered me a small cup of ice cream to mix in myself. This issue has happened multiple times since then, which is quite frustrating, especially since I'm paying a premium for the tornado and driving to get it. I also don't enjoy having to ask for extra ice cream once I've already received my order; it feels awkward. Overall, I will keep getting ice cream from SDB because it truly is the best. I just wish they would fill the cups completely without needing to ask. *The attached photos are from before I had eaten any of the ice cream.

All I can say is they have very good ice cream I would for sure recommend their cookies and creme ice cream it is very good

This place is fantastic! It's strictly ice cream but there is a great Mexican food truck two blocks away. The service is quick and friendly as you would expect in a small town. There is plenty of outdoor seating but nothing under cover. You can get just about any type sundae or cone you can think of. The place is colorfully decorated but don't blink going through town or you'll miss it.

This charming local ice cream shop is a great find! My favorite is their pumpkin shake, a seasonal fall special. Since I have a low tolerance for sweetness, their large ice cream sizes can become a bit too sweet for my taste after a while. However, I'm a big fan of their piña colada flavor—it's incredibly refreshing! Their banana split is also quite enjoyable.

A delightful experience on a warm day! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful; they offered us a sample and even allowed us to place our order a bit earlier than their official opening time.
