15 MINUTOS EN ESPERA EN TELÉFONO… WOW. Best Tacos Ever!! Buuuuut, they have the moodiest cashiers ever. I hate that so much, that's what keeps me from coming back more often.

I ordered a taco salad de lengua to go. What I got were 5 pieces of lengua and 2lbs of rice. Taco salad does not include rice. If this was changed. It should have been communicated at time of order. This change makes the dish salad ineligible. I won't be returning.

Their menu is very limited now they used to have chimichangas they no longer have them they used to have the gyro meat they no longer have it it's like it's under New Management!

I have been patronizing Zaca's on 71st for YEARS! I love their food customer service; it is what kept me a loyal customer. Today, I am VERY unhappy! I just left and they charged more money, but gave extremely small portions! I inquired why, asked for more meat the young girls at the register had the audacity to insult my intelligence by telling me “This is the amount we always give.” You can tell that lie to a new customer, but not me.
