Sarpino's Pizzeria Gold Coast - side

I love this pizza. Seems like a lot of the negative reviews are from late delivery or bad customer service (not food quality).

This place really needs to adopt some more professionalism. The business model seems to now rely almost entirely on selling overpriced food to drunk people late at night.

Saw they are on doordash so called to make sure they are open for pick up at 9pm Christmas day. Employee answered said yes they are open till midnight, so I said I would continue my order on doordash. While I was making my order the employee, decided to turn off the ability to order from doordash. I guess I shouldn't of told him what I was doing

Called cause the tracker wasn’t updating. Dude that answered phone was cool and chill and understanding and helpful. Looking forward to Their food

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The person that answered the phone was rude, stupid, and uneducated. I was on hold for over 15 minutes and she told me it was my fault. She also told me that the reason I was on hold was because they didn't have any food, but she waited until I was on hold for 15 minutes and had to call back to complain. She's awful at her job.
