Good luck parking there are spots in front and they don’t let you park there.

Whoever is working the front today is the dumbest person in Chicago

Hoping this was a one-off experience because it was Labor Day. Food wasn’t ready until over an hour after I was told it would be. Person at front desk was rude and couldn’t care less that people had been waiting for an inappropriate amount of time. If you know you’re going to be one of the few places open on Labor Day, you should schedule your staff accordingly. There are no good excuses for this type of wait.

Very yummy paletas with no wait. Only confusing thing is no clear sign outside to indicate where it is, but going forward I’ll know and will gladly return.
