Mcdonald's - side

Was not greeted properly and took a few to take my order then I asked if can refill my gallon water bottle with just ice and was rejected and that was going to be charged per cup of ice. Charging for ice is really petty

Came on to rate this place poorly only to find that i had already done so a year ago, not surprised. This place and the employees are awful, it’s a bummer that this is my neighborhood

Food was hot and delicious, fast service, friendly staff, good prices, lots of parking.

I recently moved to the area from the Brickyard area 4 months ago. I started ordering meals from this McDonald's since it's closer to where I currently reside and I have yet to have a bad experience here. They are friendly and patient when taking my orders as I have twin 9 year olds in the back relaying their order and at time undecided.

This is my go to location but they have time and time again told customers they only accept CASH at night because of “systems are down” it’s getting pretty ridiculous.Is McDonald’s corporate not supporting their employees or are employees pulling a fast one on customers?
