We order pho to go and they forgot to give us our vegetables and the soup was cold

Pho is always good. Service is okay, as always too One of my go to for pho whenever I am in the area.

Two cooks didn't wear masks;receptionist put his masks down during the 10 minutes we were waiting there. They let a customer ate there when no indoor dinning is allowed. We understand it is not comfortable to wear masks all the time and would be fine if they occasionally put down masks to get fresh air. However, this is not the case. Great customer service! Real authentic food it’s full of flavor and a generous size although price isn’t the cheapest, it’s good portions. My bf and I picked random plates based off the descriptions and were so surprised when everything was delicious. We even had left overs for the next day.

If you are not too picky about the service, this is hands down the best Vietnamese restaurant I have found in Chicago. What am I saying, I have not had such good pho in Vietnam! And it’s not just about the pho, the Vietnamese savory pancakes and the salads are also outstanding. But the pho in particular is out of this world.
