La Michoacana - side

This is my first and last time going here. My boyfriend and I went here to get a late night snack and as we were patiently waiting, the lady took the customers behind us as they were native speakers and we weren’t. I had to walk out and come back to recollect myself before letting the lady what she did was rude. Besides the service the food was good.

Totally disappointed, the strawberry milk paletas (popsicles) doesn't taste at all to strawberry, they're so sour and plain, they don't taste sweet..... I bought 5 popsicle strawberry with cream, plain strawberry, strawberry with chesse, and all of them taste the same. No flavor ! The fruit is to acid.

Very bad service, the people who serve are talking with a long line to the door and they tell you that they cannot sell you the ice cream of your choice because it is very hard to get it out with the scup. Very bad service

It’s good and I’ve always loved it but their prices have gotten ridiculous. A palleta use to be 1.75 and now it’s 3.75. Everything just went up like crazy

Hit or miss. They definition favor the Latino community more than any other. I get it, but it’s disrespectful. You can be waiting a very long time for them “not to understand you” I speak Spanish, and I notice there’s a total difference placing my order in Spanish vs when I’m speaking English. 1. Their SHOCKED, 2. Then they feel like they can serve you with kindness. They don’t wear gloves to save their life and I never seen them wash hands between customers and handling money.
