Intelligentsia Coffee Broadway Coffeebar

The coffee was amazing but the customer service was horrible. Out of all the coffee houses in the area I chose this one because they showed a vegan muffin in the online menu. When I arrived it wasn’t very busy, I knew what drink I wanted and proceeded to order and asked the cashier if she had the vegan muffin she seemed bothered by this and told me that only the cookies on the bottom shelf (there were many options) when I asked her for the chocolate chip one she told me that wasn’t an option so … – show

There's not a lot of seating. The little bit of seating they have is very cramped. They don't take cash. Also, when you pay for your drink electronically, there's an option on the screen to leave a tip. (I thought it was strange to leave a tip before the order was fulfilled, but whatever. Employees were friendly and efficient, though.

Although the café is tasty and the staff is attentive to details, there aren't many places to sit and it's not a nice or comfortable environment; instead, it's the kind of place where you have your drink and leave.

The location is beautiful, but Coffee has burn flavor. I expect perfect coffee but nop!

Poorly managed store with constant staff turnover and a shocking lack of interest in customer service.
