Hyatt Place Chicago/river North - side

The hotel is very good. The spacious rooms!! The location is excellent, it is in the middle of everything, you can walk everywhere!! The breakfast is good but it lacks cold cuts and some pastries I would return without thinking, the location is the best

Our room was sweltering at first, we asked for a change and they were happy to give us a more comfortable space. The free breakfast was grand each new morning! Good location for walking downtown.

They fooled me. They told me that the air conditioning that was broken would be repaired quickly. It wasn't like that and I slept for three days in 30 degrees without windows. They promised to reward me with the three days free of charge or at least make a reduction. They did not give me anything. Also the breakfast is bad. I do not recommend it.

Excellent room, comfy beds, clean bathroom with roll in shower, loved this place! A full breakfast really good!!

Nice hotel and location but worst customer service ever.
