Chicago's Dog House - side

Nice guy, unfortunately the day I went he was a one man show with a packed restaurant.he ended up refunding me for the wait and gave me a free hotdog that he had prepared for my order already.

The veggie Chicago hot dog was pretty good (it was a tad too salty. Next time, I’ll just ask for it without the salt. The fries were spot-on, crispy and just perfect. The staff was friendly. It took about 15 minutes for the food to come out. Cool spot!

I didn't even get a dog, but ironically that was the best burger I have ever had.

It's very hard to read the menus, the bun for hot dogs is better than in doghaus. Hot dogs were not bad, but caramelized onion was not tasty. Both were not fully developed. Not cozy. Service not super friendly.

Really very good and pleasant on the way to the ZOO.
