Chef Bill Kim's Pizza Parm Shop - side

I was excited about a new pizza place so close to me. However this pizza is nothing to get excited about. It’s mostly air and dough with no sauce. The cheese belongs on a charcuterie plate and not a pie. It basically tastes like bread and toothpaste. This place is a hard pass.

Amazing take on Detroit style. Sad they’ve closed their location. Hoping it’s just temporary!

I’m not a big Detroit pizza fan but this place is absolutely delicious! We did a pepperoni pizza and it was so crispy and delicious. The marinara sauce that they use is so flavorful and the crust is cooked to perfection. I love it! Go Chef Bill!!

Solid rectangular “Detroit style” looking pizza. Bread is tall but fluffy almost like focaccia bread. I ordered with several extras like pepp, sausage, pineapple and extra cheese. Crust is super crunchy. If you like crunchy crusts this is crunchy. Would have liked a bit more tomato sauce.
