Wawa - Sicklerville

I ordered a turkey club sandwich, but I was served a ham sandwich instead. The execution was lacking.

Honestly, I believe that having a WaWa convenience store in every city is one of the greatest perks of living in New Jersey. I'm actually a bit anxious about moving elsewhere because I can't imagine a place without WaWa! You can always rely on WaWa being open late, 24/7, all year round—even if you're craving a meal at 11 p.m. Plus, most locations are now Super WaWAs, meaning they also include a gas station, providing a wide range of options along with public restrooms that are consistently clean and sanitary.

This morning, I noticed a creepy sight on the ceiling where sandwiches are stored. I’m being completely honest—this isn’t an exaggeration. It wasn’t just a small mistake; it looked alarming. I wish I had taken a picture of it. A guy behind me pointed it out, and I immediately felt like putting my sandwich back! Maybe it’s just a one-time occurrence, but I really don’t feel comfortable eating from there anymore. I’m just being honest. The Wawa team has supposedly checked and treated the place for pests, and I’ve never had issues here before; it always seemed clean. This is my local Wawa, and finding that was quite disappointing.

The customer service at this Wawa is atrocious! They really need to shut down for a couple days and retrain everyone. Especially how to talk to people. Then again the problem could be simple maybe they're not morning people and they need to fire them and hire morning people.

I stopped in to grab something to eat and I'm not exactly a wiz when it comes to the order screen. I want to thank the staff that was behind the counter tonight around midnight(12/29/19). They were so patient with me and the food was excellent. I appreciate that they took the time to explain some things to me. I was not able to catch their name tags but it was 2 women and there was a man back there also. I will go back and try to get their names because they should be recognized for being so polite and helpful even when they were so busy with other orders. Thank you to the people who took the time to answer my questions.
