@Starbucks James McCouaghlin in Cross Keys NJ tried to race bait my father in law and tried to get him arrested. This manager was so unprofessional and he was talking down to him because he was African American after my father in law went in and tried to fix an order to where it caused an allergic reaction to my sister in law and they purposely messed up the order THREE TIMES .

The longest drive through lines by far, they clearly can’t handle rushes. Seems like better management is needed and some more training. 50 minutes in a drive through for a dink that is just ok.

I stopped shopping and stopped me on the way to get a coffee. the baristas worked super friendly, especially kaylee! she was so friendly and friendly and about, my drink was perfect. I will definitely come back to this place, in comparison to the one that is a little closer to me because of the customer service here.

Horrible experience here. Just moved to the area. Kayleen was very rude to my fiancé and I. We asked for no ice in our drinks and still got ice. She was making smart remarks saying she has to put ice in the drinks. She was also cursing and bad mouthing other customers while making the drinks... will NOT be coming back here. Would rather drive further to a different Starbucks
