I tried a piece of Primohoagie back in 1995. Never had one since. I think it could have been Italy or turkey. However, a friend mentioned that she got one for her daughter and asked if I wanted one. I checked the menu. Order one. Let's say I went from small to large in three days. Primohoagie was EXCELLENT! I had the Corned Beef Schwartzie*. I didn't take a picture of the first sandwich, but I got from the other two. The big lasted two days... thanks. Primohoagie keeps the great customer service and serves a great product.

Today my first and last purchase was in this facility. I ordered all Italian Hoagie, but gladly I was accused and received a little. When I told you this was the worst Hoagie I've ever had, I was the ABSOLUTELY WORST. You put white American cheese instead of provolone. The meat looks like it was shredded and extremely salty, so I couldn't eat it, no onions, barley any salad, no oil or vinegar. I asked for Oregano, (no). The bread was also hard. But the young man who takes my order says her Hoagie? That's the best.

A Primo chicken palm was ordered. called the place and told them what happened. They asked me for my name and my number and told me the next time I came in to tell them what happened to a free sand. Came in 2 or 3 weeks later and told them what happened, said they couldn't find anything about it and the manager would call me to get the details. ordered the same and it was terrible, dry, made my stomach hurt the next day. never get a call from the manager.

I ordered a very large order from Primos and once again was disappointed. I stopped ordering from this establishment because I kept getting dry sandwiches even after making it clear that I wanted Xtra mayo. When I ask for mayo on my sandwich it does not mean I only want it on one side of my sandwich. These sandwiches are pricey and the sandwich needs to be made the way I like it. Yet I got a dry sandwich. I paid almost $15 for a hoagie that I did not enjoy. My oldest tried to convince me that they would change but they haven't. I can make a hoagie at home for cheaper and without the hassle. I definitely don't recommend this establishment to anyone. You will get a sandwich the way they eat it dry.
