Service attitude vary on different staff. Can't say friendly, but mostly acceptable. 7/10 for efficiency. Personally, it's not the best tasted KFC in Sibu but still, it's good. Meat potion is normal. Dine in space is very limited and it's not relaxing. I'm a regular customer but takeaway only.

Similar to any other KFC outlets. Same KFC menu and the same quality KFC products are served here. The place here is generally clean, but downstairs have limited number of seats. Going upstairs have to be extra careful because the stairs are a bit steep. Have to be patient too, sometimes the queue can be quite long and the number of workers attending customers are too few.

It is near to my house area, but i don't like the cashier bcz they r rude sometimes

I am disappointed with this branch although it is nearest to my house. I ordered a set nasi lemak with chicken and the sambal is sour.. I asked the cashier and they told me that is the original smell n taste.. I have ate nasi lemak so many years.. First time ate a sour sambal.. For my knowledge, tht sambal already spoilt whether it is from the supplier. Or keep until spoilt.
