1015 Steak Company - Sibley

Staff is always helpful and happy. The steak i had was delicious. The appetizers are the best. It's a family favorite.

We both ordered filet mignon, it was so over done it wasn't edible. We let the waitress know, they didn't offer to re-cook instead they gave us three whole dollars off the $50 steak. We will never ever eat there again. Atmosphere was great, service was marginal, food was terrible. If they would have given us an incentive to come again, we may have thought they had a bad night and we'd just try again but they didn't seem to care.

The most perfect, tender, juicy prime rib I have had anywhere in the U.S. Medium rare was truly Medium Rare. The onion rings are delicious as well.

We visited this restaurant on a Saturday night, walking over from the motel across the street. Luckily, we arrived early and secured a table that was reserved for two hours later without any issues. The place was bustling with patrons! Despite having many tables to attend to, our waitress kept our drinks filled and checked in on us frequently. The food was quite tasty as well. It seems like people come from far and wide (with reservations) to dine here on weekends, and we definitely hit the jackpot by getting in!

I called ahead to ask if we could come in 15 minutes before closing with a group of 20, and the staff was incredibly welcoming. The service was absolutely fantastic, and I will definitely return. The food was outstanding—second to none, really. I have no complaints whatsoever. I can understand why all the locals say this is the place to eat, and our group will certainly be back.
