Ribs&beer Sibiu

Foarte frumos aranjat localul, in cadrul unei berarii locale. Berea foarte bună, servirea decentă.

Locul este absolut minunat! Incepand de la locatie, decoratiuni, personal, atmosfera si apoi...... este MANCAREA! Coastele sunt absolut nebunesti, in special cele cu bere neagra, americanii, cu cola... oricare dintre ele: bratwurstul este exact ca in Germania/Austria si berea locala artizanala, una dintre cele mai bune pe care le-am gustat vreodata! Sosuri foarte delicioase si bretzeli! Daca esti in Sibiu, MERGI AICI! Daca nu esti in Sibiu... vino la Sibiu si MERGI LA COASTE SI BERE!

Am fost uimit atât de berea autentică făcută în casă, cât și de costițele. Costițele au fost gătite atât de bine, încât carnea aproape că a căzut automat de pe oase.

Party of two shared a platter and it was massive and really delicious. The ribs were smoky and very tender. The wings were crispy and pretty much ideal wings. Sausages and mici were juicy and succulent. Had the B13 lager and it was really tasty, made on-site and you can see their brewing setup which is always nice. They have a selection of beers, so if you want an IPA or some super dark saison, this may be your place, but they also have a lot of more pedestrian stuff so everyone can be happy. They also sell bottles to go if you liked what you had in the restaurant. The wait staff was very friendly and super attentive but not to the poont of being pushy. Located in a basement with some pretty trendy decor, not pretentious but fitting for a place called Ribs
