I used to love this location. Close to home, friendly, etc. unfortunately that’s no longer the case. Three weekends in a row, they answer the phone, give you zero greeting, and just place the phone on the counter. So you sit there and listen to others talking to each other, and taking orders for upwards of 5-10 minutes. I purposely waited to see just how long it would take for someone to acknowledge there’s someone waiting on the phone. The longest I waited was 9 minutes and 15 seconds. This happened 4 separate times. It’s worth the extra couple minutes to just drive down 6 and go to the JV location. Busy is one thing and I get it, but how does not one employee know to say “JV bagels, please hold.” What a joke.

This is the last time I’ll be coming to this place. Every single time I order a bagel with EXTRA butter there’s nothing on my bagel. What did I pay for them? Why can’t the staff take an order properly and sell the product requested? It’s honestly ridiculous at this point. Only suggest coming here if you’re looking to receive something you didn’t want.

BEC is tasty. Everything bagels are good, but sometimes inconsistent. Bagel deals are great when you can get 6 free.
