Francesca's Pizza - Shrub Oak

Well we all traveled from long distances to attend a wake located down the street from Francescas. After a very emotional evening we googled places to get a bite and Francesca's popped up. Since we are not from the area, we just headed over there. I have to say from the outside it didn't look like much but the second we walked in we were greeted by the absolute nicest couple. We told them we just came from a wake and they immediately shared their condolences and could not be more accommodating. The food was fantastic! we ordered various pizzas and salads and glasses of wine. They were unbelievably kind, attentive and just great humans. At the end of the meal they treated us all with delicious homemade chocolate chip cannolis. We loved the food and most of all this couple. They really went above and beyond for a group of strangers. They make the world a better place.

Magnificent. Frank is the man. Pizza is absolutely delicious. The mozzarella sticks are the best I've ever eaten. Amazing environment inside. Been going there for years and will be for a long time.

Pizza is ok. Dinner is so-so. We were very disappointed. I want to warn people that they add a surcharge if you pay with a credit card. They don't even tell you in advance.

I dont know what her name is or what her problem is but the old lady in front has the nastiest attitude ever for no reason, I almost felt the need to ask her if she wanted a number to a therapist. She talks to customers like they are stupid when it isn't even their fault cause she wasn't being clear enough. I can just imagine how she treats her other coworkers. Never ever will I come here again cause the food is not even worth it to get it delivered either. Oh and also they lied and said they don't have plastic forks just to try and offer me ONE while I was walking out... what am I going to do with one fork when I ordered for two people.

Great place to take family with kids. The owner opened 10 mins early for us and split up a few pies to give the kids. Pizza was very good and fresh. Highly recommend this restaurant. Also they have a special of 10 dollar large pies Sun-Thur
