3 meal times were ordered, lasagna was all water. the pizza was badly covered with cheese and when she was asked for more, she was reheated, burned and no more cheese and brought me back! spaghetti had no soaking and was really badly presented. a side of the bolognese, as for the spaghetti, simply put on top

Overpriced for what could be described as good eating.

A table over opentable for 4 to the mother's day booked. receive an immediate confirmation and a reminder 24 hours before the booked time. all seemed good until we only arrived to find that they had no record of the booking. would they believe that another party arrived at the same time and had exactly the same problem. we had both proved to Oor phones and were fortunately accommodated, although it was Mother's Day. according to the personals, this is a frequent event and was telephoned in future! although I complained before a week at zizzi in the office, I still wait for an answer. despite this possible catastrophe, eating was excellent and the staff, especially ramona were very friendly and accommodating. would not hesitate to go back, but will avoid opentable.

We went for a meal before eating and the venue was perfect. directly in the center of the city and we had a large window seat. service was excellent and all employees very attentive. eating was also excellent and everything quickly arrived, piping hot (where necessary) and served with a smile. also great softails!

Easy booking through the app. The table was ready on arrival and service was good. Wine glass had lipstick on but was replaced quickly
