Great staff. Good food, nice coffee. A nice place to sit and people watch.

After a Sunday afternoon of shopping in Shrewsbury, we stumbled upon this restaurant. Despite arriving late and having not eaten lunch, the staff were welcoming and the food was delicious. We will definitely return.

We only had tea and cappuccino at this café, both of which were delicious. The café was clean and we enjoyed our beverages. It was our first visit to Shrewsbury in about two years and we were disappointed to see that part of the long-standing town centre shopping mall was closed off. However, we were impressed with the affordable parking rates at the Frankwell car park, only 70p per hour.

Massarella offers a delicious bakewell slice and a variety of drinks. This cafe caters primarily to an older clientele.
