Moe's Southwest Grill - Shrewsbury

The service and food have not reached the same level of excellence as they did in 2018.

I ordered a bowl and the food was good and a large amount; it's a chain restaurant. The employees were nice and there was a large variety of soft drinks with free refills. However, they've removed some cool add-ons from the menu and it's not a value purchase to get the queso on your meal compared to getting a cup.

It has been years since I haven to this moes as my last experience was disappointing, however I just went back today and the food was great! Looks to be under new management, workers were happy and food was great!

I felt sooo uncomfortable just standing there, while the workers mostly ignored me.

This is my go to Moes... I drive a little further then closer places around for that fact
