Ihop - Shrewsbury

Shrewsbury. Waited a half hour for cold scrambled eggs and luke warm pancakes. When we left they had plates of peoples food stacked on other plates sitting on the counter ready to go out. The food was all piled up and the heating lamp wasnt even on.

A complete disaster, they sneaked in 2 people first than me and then they left me waiting for an hour for the food and they didn't even bring it to me, they are so irresponsible that they don't even have the education to apologize. Likewise, I stopped and left...

Waited 1 hour to get my food and my kids food!! And guess what?? They didn’t make anything for us! We waited 20 min to get a table and 1 hour to our food that didn’t come bc they prob short stuff don’t hire people and we have to pay the price. Today is my husband birthday what a great gift. We left hungry and sad.

I went there this morning from bringing a friend to the eye Dr. and from there went IHOP ,we both order from children's menu,just the portions . The waiter was a fine gentleman. We always stop at IHOP when we're in the neighborhood. What ever do don't change or move from that spot.

Great food, and nice associates. It was alittle too crowed for my taste when it comes to eating out in restaurants. But still enjoyed myself and the food ! I'd recommend eating there.
